Duffy

I started out the night with a little post work nap with Max on the couch. Hit up a great new restaurant in Magnolia and was off to the Showbox SoDo to see Duffy.

Luckily we missed the opening band because he was bad. It was like he just left his corporate job for the day, but did not have time to change or practice before his "gig."

Duffy however was great. She likes to fling the microphone around and do these funny little arm dances, but she can hold a tune so who cares what she does with her arms. Her set was pretty short as she only has one CD. Someone should teacher her about doing covers of other popular songs. Next time I guess.
