a. 100 x 15% = 15 + 100 = 115
b. 117.65 x .85% = 100
c. 85% + 15% = 100% but a. is 115 and b. is 117.65
I know somehow mathematically it works out, but in my intellectually idiotic and sleep deprived brain, it is not clicking. TJ, I want in the circle of trust so I no am not going to try and make sense of this and just trust the math.
Maybe this is why I took business stats 3 times in college?
