Tonight Stephanie and I went to the Jazz game to cheer for Detroit….Steph’s hometown. Thanks to some connections with a friend a work, we had GREAT seats and free parking….how could the night get any better. Well, cheering for the other team among thousands of Jazz fans is something I recommend everyone should try at least once. There were a few Piston’s fans scattered about, but Steph and I were the loudest! The girl in front of us and her boyfriend were SO rude. She kept saying things really loud like “I hate sitting over here because people cheer for the other team,” or “The Jazz are going to win because the Pistons suck.” My favorite was when she started turning around giving us dirty looks when we would clap for the Pistons…..come one, relax and enjoy the game. Well, needless to say, this made me want to cheer louder and prouder so I did. We had a great time but sadly the Pistons lost by 2 points. All in all, a great night!
